SUPPORT AND PARENTING TIME ENFORCEMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 295 of 1982 552.626d Notice to department of social services identifying health care coverage. Sec. 26d. The office of the friend of the court shall notify the state department of social services if the office identifies health care coverage that has been obtained or is being maintained by a parent for a child who is a recipient of public assistance or medical assistance. The notice shall include available information on the name and address of the insurance company, health care organization, or health maintenance organization; the policy, certificate, or contract number; the effective date of the coverage; the name and birth date of the individual for whose benefit the coverage is maintained; and the name and social security number
