SUPPORT AND PARENTING TIME ENFORCEMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 295 of 1982 552.626c Order for health care coverage; modification notice. Sec. 26c. If the court modifies an order for health care coverage that may affect the provision of dependent health care coverage, the office of the friend of the court shall send a notice of the modification to the employer, insurer, or plan administrator.
