SUPPORT AND PARENTING TIME ENFORCEMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 295 of 1982 552.624b Notification to child support lien network and additional clearinghouses of payer with support arrearage. Sec. 24b. The title IV-D agency shall notify the child support lien network, and may notify 1 or more additional national child support information clearinghouses, of each payer who has a support arrearage in an amount that exceeds 2 times the monthly amount of periodic support payments payable under the payer's support order.
