SUPPORT AND PARENTING TIME ENFORCEMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 295 of 1982 552.612 Compliance with order as discharge of liability to payer. Sec.

12.Compliance by the source of income with a notice of income withholding operates as a discharge of the source's liability to the payer as to that portion of the payer's income affected.
