FRIEND OF THE COURT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 294 of 1982 552.509a Centralized receipt and disbursement of support and fees. Sec. 9a. The SDU is responsible for the centralized receipt and disbursement of support and fees. An office of the friend of the court may continue to receive support and fees.
