THE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 138 of 1966 552.458 Fees and costs. Sec.

8.No filing, order or stenographer's fees shall be required for an action or proceedings under this act, but the court may assess any such costs, service costs and attorney fees against the defendant in the order of support or any modification thereof.
