STATE INSURANCE (EXCERPT) Act 388 of 1913 550.710 Election of coverage. Sec.
10.An institution, agency, authority or instrumentality of the state which, under the constitution or laws of the state, has control and direction of the expenditures of its funds may elect to be covered under the provisions of this act.
