NONPROFIT DENTAL CARE CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 125 of 1963 550.373 False statement; penalty. Sec.

23.Any person, or any agent or officer of a corporation, who violates any of the provisions of this act or who makes a false statement with respect to any report or statement required by this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.
