NONPROFIT DENTAL CARE CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 125 of 1963 550.370 Dentist-patient relationship; civil actions. Sec.

20.A civil action based upon or arising out of the dentist-patient relationship shall not be maintained against a dental care corporation.
