NONPROFIT DENTAL CARE CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 125 of 1963 550.364 Contract limitations; service classes; county residents. Sec.
14.A dental care corporation, by its articles of incorporation or bylaws, may limit the care that it will furnish, and may divide such care as it elects to furnish into classes or kinds. A corporation by its bylaws may limit the issuance of contracts to residents of certain counties.
