NONPROFIT DENTAL CARE CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 125 of 1963 550.352 Subscriber contract payment regulations; prohibited provisions. Sec.

2.No contract shall provide for the payment of any cash or other material benefits to a subscriber or to his estate on account of death, illness or injury, or be in any way related to the payment of any such benefit by any other agency.
