THE COORDINATION OF BENEFITS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 64 of 1984 550.254 Rules. Sec.

4.The director of the department of insurance and financial services may promulgate rules to implement and supervise this act pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
