PATIENT'S RIGHT TO INDEPENDENT REVIEW ACT (EXCERPT) Act 251 of 2000 550.1927 Rules. Sec.

27.The director may promulgate rules under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328, necessary to carry out this act.
