GROUP HEALTH PLAN ACT (EXCERPT) Act 239 of 1995 550.1803 “Plan” defined. Sec.

3.As used in this act, "plan" means a group health plan as defined in section 607 of part 6 of subtitle B of title 1 of the employee retirement income security act of 1974, Public Law 93-406, 29 U.S.C. 1167, and subject to that act.
