CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 298 of 1966 51.367 Rescission and repeal of act by electors; ballot, form; referendum. Sec.
17.This act shall continue in full force and effect in any county in which it has been properly adopted until rescinded and repealed by a majority of the electors voting thereon at an election at which the question of rescission and repeal of this act for that county is properly submitted. The board of supervisors, by resolution, may submit the question of rescission and repeal of this act to the electors at any regular or special election.
