REGULATORY LOAN ACT (EXCERPT) Act 21 of 1939 493.21 Enforcement of act; rules. Sec. 21. The commissioner may promulgate rules that are necessary for the administration and enforcement of this act under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
