CREDIT CARD ARRANGEMENTS (EXCERPT) Act 379 of 1984 493.113 Rules. Sec.
13.The commissioner may promulgate rules pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being sections 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, as necessary for the administration and enforcement of this act.
