ASSISTANTS, CLERKS, AND INVESTIGATORS (EXCERPT) Act 329 of 1925 49.34 Assistant prosecuting attorneys, investigators and clerical employees; compensation. Sec.
4.The respective salaries of said assistant prosecuting attorneys and other employes appointed by said prosecuting attorney under this act shall be fixed by the board of supervisors at its regular annual meeting, and shall not be diminished during the term for which they shall be appointed.
