PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS COORDINATING OFFICE ACT OF 1972 (EXCERPT) Act 203 of 1972 49.111 Council; accepting funds, grants, and gifts. Sec.
11.The council may accept funds, grants and gifts from any public or private source which shall be used to defray the expenses incident to implementing its responsibilities under this act.
