APPORTIONMENT OF COUNTY BOARDS OF COMMISSIONERS (EXCERPT) Act 261 of 1966 46.416 References to county supervisors deemed to mean county commissioners. Sec.

16.All references to county supervisors or county boards of supervisors in any other act shall be deemed to mean county commissioners and county boards of commissioners as established by this act and such county boards of commissioners shall be the county board of supervisors referred to in article 7 of the state constitution.
