COUNTY AND REGIONAL PARKS (EXCERPT) Act 261 of 1965 46.361 County and regional commissions; development and operation of facilities. Sec.

11.A county or regional commission may plan, develop, preserve, administer, maintain and operate park and recreational places and facilities and construct, reconstruct, alter and renew buildings and other structures.
