CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.5 Member; right to vote. Sec.
5.Any person owning a right of burial in ground controlled by a corporation organized under this act, and having the right to use the same, shall be deemed a member of the corporation, and shall have the right to vote at all corporate meetings unless in arrears for assessments.
