CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.3a Right of burial; granting in tax delinquent lands prohibited. Sec. 3a. No rights of burial shall at any time be granted or sold by such corporation upon any lands which are delinquent for taxes or special assessments.
