CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.31 Price of lots or rights of burial. Sec.
31.The price of lots or rights of burial in any grounds belonging to such corporation may be, from time to time, determined and fixed by a 2/3 vote of the board of trustees.
