CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.3 Right of burial; definition. Sec.
3.A right of burial under this act shall be, in respect to any corporation organized under this act, the right to bury the dead in and upon a parcel of land of the size specified in the by-laws of any corporation organized under this act.
