CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.27 Duties of officers defined by by-laws. Sec.
27.The powers and duties of all officers holding office under any corporation organized under this act, shall be defined by the by-laws of such corporation, except so far as they are defined in this act.
