CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.22 Forfeited right of burial; disposal. Sec.
22.It shall be lawful for any corporation organized under this act, to dispose of that part of any forfeited right of burial, which has not been actually used as a repository of the dead, in like manner as if the same had never been granted.
