CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.20 Saving clause. Sec.
20.Any right that may have accrued to any member, stockholders or lot owner of any burial ground corporation, or public burying ground heretofore existing in this state, shall not be affected or impaired by reason of this act.
