CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.16 Certificate of organization; contents; signature; filing certificate with department of commerce. Sec.
16.Within 1 week after the organization of any corporation organized under this act, the clerk shall make out a certificate of the organization of such corporation, specifying the corporate name thereof, the officers chosen at the first meeting; which certificate shall be signed by the president and clerk of such corporation, and forthwith file such certificate with the corporation and securities bureau of the department of commerce.
