CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.15 By-laws, rules and regulations. Sec.

15.The board of trustees of any corporation organized under this act, shall have the power, by a 2/3 vote of the members elect, to make all needful by-laws, rules, and regulations, not inconsistent with this act, that may be necessary to the proper management of the affairs of such corporation, and may by a like vote amend the same.
