CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.14 Officers; compensation. Sec.
14.The president, clerk, treasurer and superintendent of grounds of any corporation organized under this act shall receive such a compensation for their services as shall be allowed by a majority of the members of the corporation present at a corporate meeting, and no more: Provided, That if the members neglect to fix such compensation, the same may be fixed, from time to time, by the board of trustees.
