CEMETERY CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1855 456.13 Treasurer; bond. Sec.
13.The treasurer shall give a bond to the corporation, with sufficient sureties, to be approved by the president thereof, for the faithful discharge of his duties, which bond shall be filed with the clerk.
