REORGANIZATION OF SUMMER RESORT CORPORATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 55 of 1911 455.283 Reorganized corporations; time limit. Sec.
3.Any such corporation whose term has already expired may take advantage of this act at any time within 5 years of the date of such expiration, and any such corporation whose term shall hereafter expire may be so reorganized and renewed within 3 years of such expired term.
