INCORPORATION OF SUMMER RESORT OWNERS (EXCERPT) Act 137 of 1929 455.218 Lands owned by corporation; annexation to city. Sec.

18.Lands owned by the said corporation and its members may not be annexed to any city or village without the consent of a 2/3 majority of the members of said corporation, at a regular or special meeting.
