INCORPORATION OF SUMMER RESORT OWNERS (EXCERPT) Act 137 of 1929 455.217 Public utilities; corporate authority. Sec.

17.The corporation shall have authority to provide a water system for its members and occupants, a sewage system, fire protection and electric light service.
