SUBURBAN HOMESTEAD, VILLA PARK, AND SUMMER RESORT ASSOCIATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 69 of 1887 455.113 Repeal or amendment of act; dissolution; effect. Sec.

13.This act may at any time be altered, amended or repealed, but such alteration, amendment or repeal shall not affect the rights of property of associations organized under it, nor of the individual members thereof, nor shall the dissolution of any such association take away or impair any remedy given for or against such corporation, its members or officers, for any liability which shall have been previously incurred.
