INCORPORATION OF SUMMER RESORT OWNERS (EXCERPT) Act 137 of 1929 455.206b Registration board; appointment, duties. Sec. 6b. The board of trustees or board of directors shall cause a 3 man board of registration to be appointed who shall establish a set of registration books to be opened and shall register therein all of the qualified voters of such territory who shall apply for registration between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 7 o'clock p.m. during the week prior to such election and at such other times prior to election day as such registration board may permit.
