REINSTATEMENT OF CEMETERY ASSOCIATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 138 of 1941 450.472 Non-profit cemetery associations; right restoration; contracts validation. Sec.

2.Upon compliance with the provisions of this act, the rights of such association shall be the same as though no forfeiture had been operative, and all contracts entered into and conveyances made by or to such association during such interval shall become valid.
