DISSOLUTION OF CHARITABLE PURPOSE CORPORATIONS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 169 of 1965 450.251a Short title of act. Sec. 1a. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "dissolution of charitable purpose corporations act".
