PAWNBROKERS (EXCERPT) Act 273 of 1917 446.218 Violation of act; penalty. Sec.
18.Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act, whether as owner, or as clerk, agent, servant or employe, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof in any court of competent jurisdiction be fined not less than 25 dollars nor more than 100 dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than 10 days nor more than 3 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
