PUBLIC AUCTIONS (EXCERPT) Act 224 of 1955 446.60 Violation of act; penalty. Sec.
10.Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.00, or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days, or by both fine and imprisonment.
