RENTAL-PURCHASE AGREEMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 424 of 1984 445.966 Payment of filing fees. Sec.

16.Payment of filing fees shall not be required in an action or filing for a voluntary assurance by the attorney general or prosecuting attorney pursuant to this act.
