DIRECT MOLDING PROCESS (EXCERPT) Act 362 of 1982 445.623 Civil action for injunctive relief; damages, attorney's fees, and costs. Sec.

3.A person injured by a violation of this act may bring a civil action for injunctive relief. In addition, an injured person is entitled to actual damages caused by the violation, reasonable attorney's fees, and costs.
