DIRECT MOLDING PROCESS (EXCERPT) Act 362 of 1982 445.622 Prohibited conduct. Sec. 2.

(1)A person shall not manufacture for the purpose of sale, by use of a direct molding process, a product manufactured by another person without the permission of that other person.
(2)A person shall not sell a product manufactured in violation of subsection (1).
