SECONDHAND WATCHES (EXCERPT) Act 200 of 1937 445.555 Violation of act; penalty. Sec.

5.Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by the laws of this state.
