WATERCRAFT AND OUTBOARD MOTOR MANUFACTURERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND DEALERS (EXCERPT) Act 88 of 1989 445.541 Meanings of words and phrases. Sec.

1.For the purposes of this act, the words and phrases defined in sections 2 to 6 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning.
