SCRAP METAL REGULATORY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 429 of 2008 445.443 Conditional effective date. Sec. 23. This act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 94th Legislature are enacted into law:

(a)Senate Bill No. 720.
(b)Senate Bill No. 1114.
(c)Senate Bill No. 1571.
(d)House Bill No. 5694.
