TRANSIENT MERCHANTS (EXCERPT) Act 51 of 1925 445.376 Transient merchants; evidence. Sec.

6.Transaction of business as defined in section 1 of this act by any person for a period of less than 6 months consecutively shall be prima facie evidence that such person was a transient merchant within the intent and meaning hereof.
