TRANSIENT MERCHANTS (EXCERPT) Act 51 of 1925 445.372 Transient merchants; license required. Sec.
2.It shall be unlawful for any person, either as principal or agent, to engage in business as a transient merchant in the state of Michigan without having first obtained a license in the manner herein provided.
