POULTRY (EXCERPT) Act 100 of 1927 445.302 Duty of seller; statement, signature. Sec.

2.The seller shall at the time of making sale of any poultry as provided in the preceding section, truthfully state all of the facts as aforesaid; shall sign his name to such statement and shall certify to the correctness thereof.
